Afterward
I'm sorry, but I have to hate you
You ripped up my skin like confetti
All of my shields,
It wasn't fair
I missed my bed and kept right on falling
Right into you, a brick wall I had the illusion I could chisel out in time
As soon as I hit, bones crushed, you swallowed me like prison walls
I was trying to climb in, not out
I've got this wrong
I'm going to back away slowly
Close my eyes an count to ten and you'll be gone and I'll forget
Please comment :)
