What do you see?
When you look at me?
Can you see the flames?
That escalated my pains?
Or do you see my strength?
And predict just from my display
That I am fine, ok…..
What do you see?
When you look at me?
Can you see the cracks
In my shield
The rust in my steel
Or the chips in my sword?
Or do you see only my sharpness
The reflected light that I use
To guide me through the darkness,
What do you see?
When you look at me?
Can you see I am heartless?
Robbed of my innocence
Breathing death, cause I'm lifeless
Can you see my breath in the
Winters wind
Drawing help?
Or do you see my fearless face?
My unphased composure
My lazed state of connection
To others emotions?
What do you see?
When you look at me?
Everything that I decide
To let you see.
