Stop now Stop whatever you are doing look down. look at yourself Notice your position. How are you holding your body? Why are your feet pointing the way they are? Where are your hands? Why do you have your legs like that? How are you holding your head? Would you let others see you like this? Are you proud of your position? Would you change it if someone asked you to?
Make any adjustments you feel necessary.
Now, as you go back to what ever you were doing, keep your position in mind.
Keep thinking about your body parts and how you are holding them.
