I don't believe in religion
I think it's just another label
I believe in a different God

I believe in the wind
Running through the trees
To rustle the leaves
I believe in the sun
Shining through the rain
Nourishing the golden grains
I believe in the waves
Chasing me across the shore
Till my heart starts to soar
I believe in butterflies
And daffodils
I believe in all the beauty in this world

I believe in the God who gave me my Name
The God who created music
The God who wove words into being
The God who gave me my voice to share the beauty of these
My God is Beauty
And only she gives me hope
