When years roll by, man starts to fear old age. It stirs the fear of death; it provokes rage. No power in this world can this fear cast, Save feeling that his heart is dwelt by Christ.
The Lord is in his heart; just he can look And see His eyes contain a large, thick book That includes all the love that Jesus gives Which reassures that man forever lives.
Man tries to see how loving Christ can be; The more he knows, the more he feels deep glee. How can age frighten him if more he knows, And with his ken much happier he grows?
For sure his heart will be so full of love, And that love will the earthly fear survive As God in his heart holds his hand and soul And they together in His kingdom stroll.
