Aug 2012
the clock
beside the door
always to keep me on time
now seemed to stop
with my heart
in tune
with the internal mechanism
that was yours
now stopped
by this knock on my door
later when asked
able only to recall
faceless men
in grey
and their words
to me
that you were no more
