Black Cat

I'm the blackest of black cats,
One eye green and one eye gold,
I move at night, a small panther I am,
I'm nobody's friend, I've been left out in the cold.
I move by night, I've seen much of life,
Not much of it good,
I'm not in the suburbs, I'm in the hood.
I dream of a warm home,
In a friendly place to run,
Wouldn't that be fun.
But I'm the blackest of black cats, one eye green and one eye gold,
I've seen much of life and I'm still in the cold.
