Angel up against the wall,
Small quiet soul in a room of noise,
Bass rocking the walls around,
Watching others:
Cringe,
Smirk,
Cry.
Wishing for a knight to grab her hand,
To speak of Holy Pilgrim's Kiss,
A wait that is an eternity,
A wait well worth it.
I was at a party on Friday night, wearing Angel wings, and it gave me an idea for a poem.
