Indifferent, her mind wanders to it’s most wondrous reaches even still as she lies in wait. Adrift yet she aches for so much more than these dreamscapes her imagination so beautifully creates.

Her dearest companions keep watch now, the stars and surely the moon, for the sunlight to others is but the moonlight for lovers, the poets, the artists and dreamers alone.

The night like a gatekeeper now covers her heart in it’s bittersweet embrace; all the magic, all the mystery, everything that is she, the twilight’s glow holds safe ‘lest love should come to wake her once more and claim his rightful place.
