Hide a shattered soul
Can speak in volumes
Unseen or felt

Words that cannot
Be expressed so easily
The emotion bottled up inside
The good and the bad

They can be shed
With each new life
And spilled when another ends

We are shells
Hollow beings
Walking around
Not caring
Not concerned with
