Nov 2017
Together we covered years of distance within minutes
Not a single awkward pause
Nor a silent glance
Our throats were oiled with oceans of words pouring at first sight
Our hands gushed and our bodies spilled forwards
With touching familiarity
Eyes roamed with rights and ownership only a relation could hold
Hearts hummed in synchrony
We came together like we'd never been apart
