To not acknowledging a critical tragedy in your life for over a year
Because you had “moved on” but you loved him so dear
You shoved it in a corner and forgot all about it
But now that “ it’s over” you uncover it and bring it back out
Now it’s all you talk about
He was your husband for 47 years
I get you moved on but why hide it for over a year
Now that its being shown to the world again
Should we all be happy to see the urn back in sight
It’s to little to late to try and be what we all thought you would be
Dad, I miss you and I’m sorry that you were hidden away
But your always with me
In my heart
Each and everyday
My mom was getting married after only 2 1/2 years after my dad passed. She hid is urn away from over a year... the wedding is canceled and now she puts it back on the mantle saying “this  is where dad belongs” to little to late now....
