Sitting she cries by the river
Her dreams drifting out to the sea
Reflections of willows dancing
She remembers who she used to be

A love song fades in her heart
As she looks at the ring on her hand
The love she was promised now over
Her life now hers to re-plan

Feathered white beauty
Resting on stone, she remembers
Her childhood the love of her home
A single red flower escaping her eyes

She kisses the wind and whispers

..................Goodbye.....................
