who said i didn't like the welsh, submitting to call them by the noble name, i.e. not the welsh, but the wael?!

once upon a time we called the
welsh a lessened shh...
more: gaelic - in that we called
them the *wael
!
              and we liked calling them
the lesser principality -
             and more the:
sharpshooter dragon dippers...
   we called them among commoners,
as what kings only bereaved
not having named them prior...
and for such naming a people:
one always desired the noose -
  because the king was "bargaining"
the "role" of "undecided" -
king my ***... and twice the ***
to be spanked into attempting
         a perfecting of: toilet practice,
twice removed,
demanding guarantee from
a thrice-removed-proof-of-"uncle"?
