Things have gotten in our way and separated us from each other, neighbors no longer talk and say hello. Tweets, texts and post have replaced a friendly smile and a warm hello. Emogies now display how we feel, instead of words of explanation. We have gotten off track in our hurry to get nowhere. We have forgotten the meaning of true community and family. Perhaps if we put our cellphones down and shut off our computers for a while, we will get to know who lives next door and then we will find our way back to the path of connecting with humanity, for as it stands right now, we have lost our way.
