For the first time in a long time,
I laughed so hard I couldn’t breathe.
My chest hurt in the best ways,
My sides ached,
And my breathing wasn’t ragged from the endless onslaught of tears.
I had forgotten how nice it was
To sit on a couch next to someone and feel their body heat through your clothes,
settling in your skin.
