Colors
Colors blend
Two or more
Melding into one
Warm colors
Reds, oranges, and yellows
Cool colors
Blues, violets, and greens
Colors bleed
Running down the canvas
In tiny vibrant streams
Colors streak
Tiny bright lines
On a dark backdrop
Colors clash
Repulsive to the eye
They are pulled apart
Painted over
Never to be seen again
Colors fade
First to yellow
Then to nothing
Leaving the canvas empty
As it was before
