This is a sad story.
It is the tale of an eagle and a human.
Now this human loved the eagle and everyday the eagle would return to the human.
But, everyday the eagle came, its feathers were trimmed and a metal link was chained to its ankle.
And, after a while, the bird was no longer able to soar high above the clouds.
Day by day, link by link, feather by feather.
Sooner or later, the weight overcame the strength of the great bird and it came crashing to the ground.
It was found by the human who loved it ans nurtured to it back to health and kept it in a cage.
But truth cannot be hidden, for birds of prey are still majestic even after they are caged.
The eagle thought to himself "They say all birds are free. Free to do what they want. But i am not free."
Everyday the eagle wished desperately to open the cage, walk into the sunlight, spread his wings, and soar far off into the sky.
Sooner or later, he began questioning his ability to fly. He doubted the strength of his wings. He disregarded his dreams.
But his strength increased, his wings grew in length until he no longer recognized the weight of the chains.
They fear you, great eagle.
They fear what you can become.
Break your chains. They can hold you no longer.
Be free to fly among the stars.
