Little Boy

You play with my heart like a
Paper Ballerina
   Making it dance for you
Sending it into
   Perfect Arabesques
  Flawless Pirouettes
Exact Battements
And then,
When you're done,
Bored
You crumple it up and throw it away,
Along with all the other hearts you treated like toys
And then,
you beg for a new toy,
just to break it
And then,
demand another

Just like a Little Boy
