Minds cannot be set
By passers by,
They know not depth,
Nor soul, nor reasons why

So said, next sunrise,
They shall venture,
Unbeknownst, of the rays
With un-found luster

Sayings that lack heart
Must be kept in the mind
For they are facile,
A toxic grime

A journey never taken,
Is a picture never seen,
A message never heard,
A warmth never felt,
And a story never shared

If you hold desire
To see the unseen,
To hear the unheard,
To feel the unfelt,
And to know the unknown

Then, set sail
Do it quickly

Horizons hold
So few tomorrows

You may begin to grasp
The depth, the soul
And the reasons why
You’ll be more then a
