Sungazer
As I looked through rheumy eyes,
Intently peering toward the sun,
I kept up my gazing,
Blinded for fun.
Now all that I see,
Is brilliant and bright,
No longer in darkness,
Surrounded by light.
No more ugly life,
At least not for me,
I'll keep my eyes open,
And happiness see.
I'm seeing not really,
Though I'm not bothered true,
For my life is now sunny,
How about you?
