As we sit here and ponder our existence
Thoughts race bout opportunities missed once
The now do we feel old or young
Future time will it all matter when we are done
We let the wounds air to heal
After the bandage has been ripped off and the soothing agent has been applied
But how do we really feel now
When inside parts
are
slowly
beginning
to die
