Jul 2017
The smells of apple juice and peach.
The sun shining in a Polaroid picture.
They mean everything to me.
Sweet tea and rain drops.
A kiss on your mother's cheek.
The sunset slowing down for you and me.
It's sweet,
how the world turns and burns.
Sunflower crowns and the poolside.
Summer came for us to enjoy it.
It's sweet, how much you mean to me.
