It breaks my heart to think that you won't see me in that special way
I can't make you feel anything
I can't make your feelings disappear
We feel the sane emotion
Funny thing is
I'm not sure how much she cares
Not that it matters
Silly teenage fantasies
What do we expect?
Some miraculous love affair?
Preposterous
Eventually this feeling will have to fade
And be replaced with wretched sadness
Yet, I already feel it
