Poems
Jun 2017
cry for peace
In towering heights
and ionic pillars,
I long for the kind of strength
they possess thus far.
In glowing street lights
and magnificent chandeliers,
I long for the illuminating
brightness in the midst
of grave fear.
In ringing church bells
and chanting echoes for peace,
I long for solitude in chaos
and this world to be free.
