i could sing about the belgian beer leffe,
like some men sing about women.*

and to think...
   when i was a child, all i wanted to become
was either a bus driver...
                or a bin-man...
               that was it... i was always joyous
when a garbage truck (śmieciara)
                drove up, and collected garbage;
and then in late teens, pleading to become a monk.
lucky me, now, in my thirties...
       being an alcoholic "poet".

and sure as hell, you walk in the street drinking this
beer, that's sized in a 75cl bottle,
which requires you to hold the bottle-neck
when not guggling it down (great design of a bottle,
by the way) -
             you're sure as hell going to get a smile
from someone driving past, in a car;
     which is, very very, pleasing to the eye.
