Never yes,
Nor no.
They never confess,
What I want to know.

They leave me hanging,
By the thread of my chair.
They hear my heart banging,
But they don't even care.

They come into my life,
And stir up the butterflies.
It always ends up in a strife,
And someone always cries.

I'm never enough,
They're always too much.
Their love is just a bluff,
But love, I almost touch.

I'm never a no.
I'm no longer a baby.
I'm never a yes.
I'm just a maybe.
