All By Herself

God puts her to the test

Every hour of every day

Doesn't give her a second to rest

Even tests her in the bed she lays

She looks around, no one's there

She looks so close and looks so far

Everyone's gone, it's just not fair

She fights for attention

She longs to be free

She has an infection

That is the depression, you see

Send her an angel

She's all by herself
