Edge of allotted time

For a thousand years of weeks,

Through millions of thousands of miles,

After passing centuries of wind-blown dust,

Somewhere in a galaxy of stars,

Within outer reaches that all can see,

Beyond darkness, yet within light,

I shall always carry a vision of you,

Feel you part of me within my heart,

For you must know I do love you,

Feel you, breathe you, need you,

Feel you surround me tightly,

As we kiss then embrace warmly,

And here we are,

On the edge of our allotted time,

What to do,

What to say,

There is only,

I love you.
