It just comes to a point,
where you don't want it anymore.
When words that are said,
turn you and make your heart sore.

When all the tears are shed,
no one's to blame.
It's neither's fault this time,
you'll just have to adjust to the pain.

Once it has happened one to many times,
you just snap.
You put on a happy face,
never look back.

No one knows there is a battle raging on,
deep down in side.
To convince yourself to move on,
you've tried to lie.

You've got to start over,
pray a bit each night.
Don't look over that shoulder,
find other fights to fight.
