Weep with me beneath the willow tree where death seems to ever be
Where dreams of you seem to bloom forever in this dreary gloom
My wishful thinking never receding but seem to cause my ever bleeding
This willow tree, shadows fee, once more tethers you and me
My heart hollow, your shadows follow into what I hope for tomorrow
Your warmth gone, my ideals wrong but I'll stay with you till dawn
As you fade away into branches that way all I want is one more day
"You'll be with me on day you'll see", I weep alone below the willow tree
