As the wind blows through the trees
I hear a voice of ease within the breeze
the gentle brush upon my skin
soothing frustrations bringing out a grin

Standing more than the normal would
thinking of life, the bad...and the good
listening for wisdom inside this plane
of existence corrupted by the will in vain

Sustain the feeling that courses in truth
grant ability, a steady increase, a boost
chill the emotions that try to subdue
the mentality of burning down the totality of reality that ensues

These stars will guide as does the river
towards an ocean of discovery that will always deliver
I stake all I have on faith against the empty
for beauty is in everything....and there is plenty
