"Was It Worth It"
Was it worth it
When you ripped my heart in half
Like I was just a mere trash
Something you could throw behind
Was it worth it
When you crushed my whole being
Like I was nothing but scratch
Something you could dispose of anytime
Was it worth it
When you left me after all I did
Like I was nothing in your life
Something you could get rid after some time
Was it worth it
When you said you didn't love me
Like I wasn't your friend for a long time
Just someone who was behind the scenes
Was it worth it
When you watched me fade
Like a lifeless soul slowly drifting away
Just something you no longer care about
Was it worth it
When you saw me crying and begging
Like a person seconds away from death
Just something you stared at until the end
Was it worth it
When you saw me lifeless as ever
Like a person who lost a soul
Now something you could never see
