In the night we are tigers;
Pacing, pouncing, preying,
Bodies slinking over each other.

In the day we are foxes;
Sly, secretive, ****** me,
Playing games like young pups.

As always, I am a mouse;
Tiny, timid, terrified,
Communicating in shrieks.
