Ate
They stood in the doorway
Hands twisting and grabbing
Dragged into the hallway
Severed, writhing and bleeding

Blank faces of feeding
Dead paces for eating
Alone, these mazes to freedom
Walls, torn with decay

Struggle, into calling
Dead things,are so hungry
Left to their maws
Everything, will be eaten

The mind, the flesh, this body
A feast, amidst, thrashed limbs
Through flesh, they eat, this life
The soul, the shame, they Ate

Descend into falling
Innocence, of this creature
writhing, tortured and fleeting
Alone, this victim of fortune

Blank faces of feeding
Dead places for eating
Alone, these mazes to freedom
Walls, torn with decay

The mind, the flesh, this body
A feast, amidst, thrashed limbs
Through flesh, they eat, this life
The soul, the shame, they hide
