If I Never See The Sun
I took her to my home
Still I forgot her name
She was a problem child
But I wanted to play her game
If I never see the sun
I won’t be losing again
Because the parting light
Means the heartache begins
I never know which drink
Is the one before too many
But I know why the sun shines
On a room that is empty
You made every mistake
That a woman can make
I know all your flaws
But whose heart is gonna’ break?
If I never see the sun
I won’t be losing again
Because the parting light
Means the heartache begins
I wonder if a woman
Can feel a man while she sleeps
My eyes won’t leave her alone
She doesn’t know I’m playing for keeps
