I walk down the street and I see hate and want all around me. I feel like a cork bobbing up and down in the ocean. I drown in want and need each day. I try to live in peace but all I see is people who want to steal from me. They want my money, they want my time, and they want to steal my soul. It is all too overwhelming to me. I am told to give to my neighbor and to be kind unto strangers, but why should I even care if I never see any change?
