The walls have crumbled and the floors are shattered. The windows are broken out and the roof has been torn asunder. Now the house of cards that was built on a sand dune has been shaken apart by the reality of the truth. Rose colored glasses will not make the view any better, nor will sweet words change the circumstances. There is nothing left to do but pick up the pieces and start over. A broom and a waste basket are all that I need right now. Standing on the rock bottom, I have a new and solid foundation upon which to build. So I will shake out the cob webs from my mind and light a candle of hope. Once again I will put one stone on top of another, but this time I will make sure it is solid. When it all falls apart, all you can do is begin again, no matter how many times it takes.
