Dec 2016
Blue, the gentle calm,of the hand
that for  the bruised cares.

Green, the stillness of peace
on a mother's breast a crying child

Rosy, the dreams of the bride
for the day of bliss as she prepares

Red, roaring fire the passion
when it, the pinnacle rides.

White, the haze of twilight
as youthful days do blight
Creased limbs and cheeks and foreheads
and memories sublime

The palette filled with colors
In my heart I hold
to paint in your life the murals
of many joys untold
