Now everyday I learn such things
As hard times come to stay;
I watch to see who stands by me

Although we've seen some tough times now,

at times down to the ground;
But as you reached your hand to me
such strength in you I found!

You've shown me love all through my life
you've stood so strong and bold;
You never left me once in life
you're always there to hold!

I'll try to return this love to you
you've shown me everyday;
I've seen the best example now
to love in such a way!

I've never known what true love was
