The year draws to a close and autumn is in full swing. Winter is knocking at the door and soon it will be the holidays again. Many shall gather with family and friends to celebrate their gifts of thanksgiving. In this time of merriment and hope, where shall I be? Do I rest among the many gifts I have or shall I set aside my comfort to help another. When I can be safe and warm, should I look to give hope to another? As the time comes to give thanks and to receive comfort in the joy of family and friends, I ask myself where shall I be for the holidays.
