Entangled with each other
In bed
I warm her feet with
Mine.

I gaze into those beautiful
Blue eyes
And my heart starts to beat
So fast that it hurts.
It's so quiet in the room
You could probably hear it
Bouncing off my rib cage.

I wouldn't ever leave
This bed
If I didn't have to.

Her kiss is that of
Something you'd only be able to find
In a fiction novel.
Her lips mesmerize me every time
They touch mine.

Not many people can say this,
But I sure can:

I slept next to an angel.
