Some say in fire
others in ice
oh how desire
sets apart
from worlds fallen
dreams
covering mine

Some days, I wonder
wandering when
all there's to see
along amnesia fields
with choruses singing
happily beaming
moments filled
solemnly seeking
more like me

When there's but a day
a better way
all to say
make haste
put back, in taste
what's lacking
of its fire
such that in dire
straits
oft told tales
spoken then
said again
much the same
