Roadside Flowers and Imagination in the Late Afternoon
Black-eyed Susan
in the roadside growth
a splash of color to the weeds
Swirling colors combine
to form some art it is divine
many hours, lost in time
to create things, visually sublime
Sparked Imagination
hidden behind a lock
searching for the key
but sometimes
you just have to knock.
Two sides of the same coin
sun and shadow
one produces both
light and dark
quite the paradox
