Blood

Crimson liquid

Falls down my thigh

You brought me this

One last goodbye

One last laugh, one last lie

Tears pierce my eyes

I close them tight

Twins to my fists

Prepared to fight

One last breath, one last night

I clench the counter

My knuckles pale

The taste of you

Bitter-stale

One last memory, one last detail

You do not own me

I will not break

I see right through you

Scared and fake

You forgot, your mistake

It isn't over

Not 'til I say

Consequences

A price to pay

You're over done, a bad cliche

I stand tall

And know I'm fine

Too many steps

You crossed the line

One last smirk, last laugh is mine
