Sep 2016
with a lilting sigh and sudden twist
the deed was done the stone flung and
ripples moving out from in... in a harmony
I'd sing a tune if I had a voice....
make a move if I had a choice

counting down and standing up
I choose to shout out and dance a bit
engage in conversation somewhat
rumble and tumble... stretch and make do
file away all the thoughts of you

stroll needlessly with no route or place to be
chat with a memory or stand neck bent
see the sky fluttering above
make careful notes and future plans
wash up thoroughly before shaking hands
