Sep 2016
a gust scattered the crisp umber leaves
like a gaggle of frightened sparrows
daylight was hushed by the hissing steam pipes

as i gazed through my anticipation
I found a loss for words
no plainness was needed it was fully-fashioned

- a crafty start to a new day

mindfulness breeds a retinue of rocky starts
and craggy loops to walk through
or glide... on your independent, unrepentant grove
