Tidal pull

by @relishrain

I feel the tide return, the steady lapping at my heart comes ever nearer, grows ever stronger. The growing power of the ocean brushes aside the built up debris and driftwood. Her touch a cold slap, and a gentle caress, drags me back to reality. It seems the no matter what i do i cannot stop the tide from waxing then waning. I feel the gravitational pull as she tries to take me with her. The thing is, I want her to drown me.
