Aug 2016
tree hanging
He found me in my tree
Fearlessly climbed to me.
His eyes opened wide
A little shy I hide.
Nerves make me ramble
As I speak my souls preamble
His stories calm my waves
In day light we sit and gaze.
I impress you sounds just right.
The end of the tunnel is so bright.
I can see you want me close.
I hesitate to uphold my pose.
Too many have played this role.
So I'll wait before I unfold
