My life though marred by billow
And all round me row
Like a lion which can’t be caught with a shot from a bow
I shall not fret but roar

When people say “alas he crow”
In disdain they’ll stand like scarecrow
On higher plain I’ll walk and they’ll bow
Wondering what faith in me I grow
Singing and declaring God’s Goodness wherever I go
